18 Investment property operational and financial lease costs
To meet stakeholders' preferred manner of assessing the financial performance of investment property, as from the 2013 financial year, Q-Park NV has adjusted the presentation of the result components linked to operational and financial lease agreements by bringing these in line with the manner in which Q-Park NV assesses, manages and reports on the performance of the individual investment property - including investment property by means of operational and financial lease agreements.
